We handle the entire integration setup. You just prepare the three things listed below and we take care of the rest. Once everything is live, we'll notify you and remove all temporary access.

What we need from you
Raynet admin access
Send us the username and password of an admin account in Raynet.
It can be your existing account or a new one you create for us. Once the integration is live, we'll delete the account on request.
A Microsoft user account
Create a user account for us in Microsoft 365 and assign it the correct role.
Just complete steps 1 and 2 below — create the user and assign the role. We'll handle everything else. The account can be removed once we're done.
Create a new user
- Go to Users → Active users → Add a user
- Enter a name (e.g. Symmy Integration) and select a domain
- Assign a license with Exchange Online (Microsoft 365 Business Basic or higher)
- Send the password to raynet@symmy.com
Assign the Exchange Administrator role
- Click on the newly created user
- In the Roles tab, select Manage roles
- Check Exchange Administrator (or Global Administrator)
- Save the changes
Billing information
We'll need your billing details to issue a deposit invoice as confirmation of your order.
We'll invoice a deposit of 109 EUR excl. VAT upfront. The remaining balance is invoiced after a successful launch.
