Everything you expect from a sync

We built the integration to behave exactly as you'd expect — no surprises, no manual copying.

Two-way synchronization

Create or edit an event anywhere — the change instantly appears on the other side. Raynet and Outlook are always in sync.

Full event management

Create, edit, and delete events including name, location, description, and time range. Drag & drop rescheduling works in both apps.

Attendee management

Add and remove attendees from Raynet. New contact not in Raynet yet? They'll be added automatically.

Private events

Private Outlook events sync to Raynet with only the date and time — no sensitive details shared. Your privacy stays protected.

Recurring events

Weekly standups, monthly reports, or regular meetings — the sync handles both one-time and recurring events seamlessly.

Company context

Link events to a company or opportunity directly in Raynet. Full CRM context without leaving your calendar.

Three steps to full sync

You can set it up yourself or let us do it — entirely up to you.

01

Set up your credentials

Enter your Azure Application ID, Directory ID, and Client Secret. From Raynet, you'll also need your API key and installation name. The whole setup takes under 10 minutes.

If you create an event in Raynet, it automatically appears in Outlook. And vice versa — an Outlook event shows up in your Raynet calendar. The same applies to edits and deletions. The sync runs continuously in the background — no action needed.
Private Outlook events are transferred to Raynet only with the date and time. The title, location, and description are not saved — sensitive information stays exclusively in Outlook.
If you add an attendee to an event who isn't registered in Raynet, the system automatically creates them as a new contact. No need to add them manually.
Raynet requires an internal meeting owner. So when an external invitation comes in, the sync account used for the integration is automatically set as the owner.
Yes, the integration supports both one-time and recurring events — such as weekly standups or monthly meetings. All occurrences are synchronized automatically.
There's no limit on the number of accounts. You pay 3 EUR per active account (with at least one synchronized event in the given month), with a minimum of 15 EUR/month. The price scales automatically for large teams.
You'll need an Azure account with credentials (Application ID, Directory ID, Client Secret) and a Raynet API key with the installation name. A full description can be found in the Technical Requirements section, or we can set everything up as part of the assisted installation.
The integration was developed and is operated by Symmy s.r.o., a company specializing in connecting business systems. This app is not part of Raynet — it's an independent third-party integration.
